FWDF - Training Programme for North Lanarkshire Community and Voluntary Sector

Information on the available workforce development bespoke training opportunities in partnership between VANL and New College Lanarkshire was circulated following the launch event on the 10th March. This is a very exciting opportunity for your organisation to develop your staff and volunteers. This is the first time this funded opportunity has been made available to the sector. Most of the training will be carried out online, however we have just been advised that NCL Hamilton Campus will be accessible from 26th April for face-to-face training along with access to IT resources for anyone undertaking remote learning.

Please find below Part 1 of the application along with a Guidance Document that will support you in completing this. You will also find the Training Appendix below, please  have a look through this prior to starting your application. Appendix 1 will allow you to identify what mix of training options can be selected to utilise as much of your available funding, for training selected with the cost and duration still to be confirmed, we will update your completed Appendix and return this to you as soon as possible. Should the training selected exceed £5,000 there is the option to pay the difference should this be your preference, if not training can be revisited and removed where necessary to ensure you stay within your allocation.

Please read over all the attached documents and if you have any queries about the funding, your organisations eligibility, the application process or courses available please feel free to contact NCL using the FWDF@nclan.ac.uk email address and one of the team will get back to you.
