Self Management Fund - One to One Sessions

The Health and Social Care Alliance (the ALLIANCE) is pleased to invite members of VANL who are interested in applying to the Self Management Fund: Working Together to Strengthen Integration, to book a slot to meet with Emma Goodlad, Grants and Impact Officer on Friday 18th May at VANL's Community Hub in Wishaw. This is an opportunity for you to have 45 minutes to sit down over a cuppa, ask questions and chat about your organisation’s ideas and potential project plans. Emma can talk you through the application process and help you to identify if your idea is a fit for the Fund and guide you on the key questions and points the grant allocation panel will be looking for.

The Self Management Fund: Working Together to Strengthen Integration has £500,000 to invest in third sector led, self management approaches which work to strengthen the Health and Social Care Integration Agenda and work innovatively to overcome some of the barriers to third sector involvement. This is an opportunity for third sector and their statutory sector partners to work together over a short period to demonstrate and build capacity for self management approaches to be strengthened in integration partnerships. Organisations can apply for up to £30,000 for 12 – 18 month projects.
