Principles into Practice

‘Principles into Practice’ is a draft framework to support the practical implementation of the ‘Principles of Good Transitions’ across Scotland.

It provides a means of addressing the issues young people with additional support needs and their families identify as most important to them around transitions, and ensuring they receive holistic, person-centred and coordinated support. It draws together current legislation, practice and policy across all sectors.

The 'Principles into Practice' online consultation is now live and will run until the end of December 2019.

You can take part in the consultation via: https://www.surveymonkey.co.uk/r/3NLL2RJ

Anyone can take part in the online consultation, however if young people, parents and carers want to find out more about Principles into Practice and become involved in shaping the framework, please contact Scott (for young people) on scott.read@arcuk.org.uk; or Tracey (parents or carers) on traceyfrancisconsulting@outlook.com
